This was taken at Attenborough Nature Reserve 08/04/2025. It is a Canada goose trying to sleep. It was taken on my Sony Alpha a57 with an18-250mm lens.  I take a lot of photos in monochrome. It's 0230 as I am writing this. I do have trouble sleeping. I have had a busy day. Wendy, me and Keren are on a short break we are just outside of a place called Seaham. We are staying in a place called Kinley tower, it's amazing property. We drove over 2 hours to Bempton Cliffs to Bird watch, then another 2 hours 30 mins to our accommodation. All this comes at a price for me. I have CFS ,(Chronic Fatigue) so after all the driving it can leave me exhausted, it is more than feeling tired, it's hard to explain.  Things are out of my control, but I am doing what I can to take back that control. I am living within my CFS, so I am careful to not push my self. I take supplements for energy. And I try not to let it worry me by letting it get me down.  It is  part of me so I accept it and don't fight it. When I am tired I rest. When I can I do house work. I take small trip out to bird watch, This does me good as being out in nature is recommended for people's mental health....
